Trade shows in Europe
2026-2027
The major European trade shows, month by month: Düsseldorf, Cologne, Berlin, Hannover, Milan, Barcelona, London. With the recommended date to start your stand.
Trade shows in Europe
Exhibiting in Europe with one stand builder
We design and build your stand in our workshop near Paris, then transport and install it with our own crews anywhere in Europe.
Every venue has its own rules: build-up hours, heights, technical files, official suppliers for electricity and rigging. We build them into the design and handle the paperwork with the organiser.
A modular stand travels from one show to the next: the same brand world can serve in Paris, Düsseldorf and Milan in the same year.

FAQ
Your questions, answered.
What are the next major trade shows in Europe?
The next ones are EADV Congress 2026 (30 September to 3 October 2026), CPHI Worldwide 2026 (6 to 8 October 2026), Web Summit 2026 (9 to 12 November 2026), MEDICA 2026 (16 to 19 November 2026), ISE 2027 (2 to 5 February 2027), Fruit Logistica 2027 (3 to 5 February 2027). The calendar above is updated daily.
When should we start our stand before a show?
For a custom stand, ideally 16 weeks before opening, and 6 months ahead for a large stand. Book your space with the organiser much earlier, often a year ahead for major shows. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Where do these dates come from?
From the organisers’ official websites: each show page gives the date we last checked and a link to the official site. Editions for which only the month is known are marked “to be confirmed”.
