Exhibiting at the Palais des Congrès

The Palais des Congrès de Paris, at Porte Maillot in the 17th arrondissement, is served by metro line 1 and the RER, and run by Viparis. It hosts major medical congresses such as IMCAS, the JFR, the ADF congress and EuroPCR, as well as more compact trade shows.

Exhibitions often spread over several levels: access, heights and build-up slots are tighter than in an exhibition centre. We pre-assemble the stand in our Villepinte workshop so that it goes up quickly on site.

For a medical congress, also allow time for your regulatory teams to approve the content well before opening.

What are the next congresses at the Palais des Congrès de Paris?

When should we start our stand before a show?

For a custom stand, ideally 16 weeks before opening, and 6 months ahead for a large stand. Book your space with the organiser much earlier, often a year ahead for major shows. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.

Where do these dates come from?

From the organisers’ official websites and the venues’ own calendars: each show page gives the date we last checked and a link to the official site, and every show without a page links to its official website. Editions for which only the month is known are marked “to be confirmed”.
