Our advice
Plan ahead: shipping to the United States and local build-up rules mean the design must be frozen earlier than for a Paris show. Focus on one flagship demonstration visible from the aisle and a bookable meeting area.

When is CES 2027?
CES 2027 takes place from 6 to 9 January 2027 (Las Vegas Convention Center and Venetian Expo, Las Vegas (United States)). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 25 September 2026.
How much does a stand at CES cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €17k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €80k to €240k excl. VAT for a 200 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
Can you build our stand at CES in Las Vegas?
Yes. We design the stand in France, then build it in our workshop and ship it, or produce it directly in the United States, and we coordinate the approved local labour on site when the show’s rules require it.
When should we start the project for CES?
Ideally the summer before: shipping to the United States and the organiser’s deadlines come quickly, especially with the year end holidays just before the show.
