Your questions, answered.
How much does a corporate conference cost?
Excluding venue hire, allow on average €120 to €700 excl. VAT per attendee depending on the level of scenography and technical production, with a minimum of around €15k excl. VAT. Our online estimator gives you a first range based on attendance and duration.
Can you find the venue for our seminar?
Yes. We suggest venues that match your attendance, budget and format (plenary, workshops, evening) in Paris, elsewhere in France or in Europe, then manage all the technical constraints of the site.
We are based outside France. Can you run the whole event locally?
Yes. You deal with one English-speaking project manager who books the venue, coordinates every French supplier and keeps you updated at each step. You only need to bring your teams and your speakers.
Do you offer hybrid plenaries?
Yes: multi-camera filming, live streaming on your platform, remote Q&A management and replays for the teams who cannot travel.
