Exhibition stand design and build
A stand is not a set: it is a four-day sales tool that has to attract, welcome, convince and generate meetings. As a stand designer and builder, from 6 m² to stands of more than 500 m², we design it like architecture, build it in our own workshop and install it with our own crews, so that what you approve in 3D is exactly what your visitors discover. For international exhibitors, we also take care of everything that is specific to France: organiser paperwork, venue rules and French fire safety certificates.

Your questions, answered.
What budget should we plan for a custom stand?
Excluding space rental, allow on average €850 to €1,250 excl. VAT per m² for a custom joinery stand, and from €400 excl. VAT per m² for a premium modular stand. Our projects start at €5k excl. VAT for a 6 m² stand, then vary with size, finish and your industry’s requirements. Our online estimator gives you a first range in one minute.
How long does it take to design and build a stand?
Ideally 10 to 14 weeks before the show opens: 3 to 4 weeks of design, 4 to 6 weeks of fabrication, then logistics. We can meet shorter deadlines (6 weeks) with modular formats.
Do you handle the paperwork with the show organiser?
Yes: dimensioned plans, technical file, French fire rating certificates, orders for power, rigging and internet, and approval by the inspection body when the structure requires it.
We are not based in France. Can you manage everything locally?
That is exactly what we do for our international clients. You deal with one English-speaking project manager, we coordinate the organiser, the venue and every local supplier, and you arrive to a finished stand the day before opening.
What happens to the stand after the show?
We dismantle, store and refurbish the reusable elements. Most of our stands are designed to be rebuilt at several shows or reconfigured for other stand sizes.
