What budget for a corporate party?
Excluding venue hire, allow on average €120 to €700 excl. VAT per guest depending on the level of sets, technical production and entertainment, catering optional. Our projects start at around €15k excl. VAT. The online estimator gives you a range in one minute.
Do you find the venue for the evening?
Yes: we suggest venues in Paris and across France to match your guest count, style and budget (historic salons, industrial spaces, rooftops, river boats…), then manage all on-site logistics.
Do you handle catering and entertainment?
We select and coordinate caterers, musicians, DJs and performers with you, and build them into the running order of the evening. You have one point of contact.
Can you organise an evening during a trade show?
It is common: a client evening next to your stand or at a venue in town, during VivaTech, the Paris Air Show or MIPIM. We coordinate the stand and the evening together.
