Trade show evenings
During Cannes Lions, MIPIM, MIPCOM or TFWA, brands host their clients every evening. We design these evenings alongside your stand, with one project manager for both.
Beaches, hotels and the Palais
Private beaches on the Croisette, grand hotel ballrooms, the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès: each venue has its own access rules, hours and build-up constraints, which we prepare ahead.
Very short slots
In the trade show season, venues host event after event: night build-ups, sets pre-assembled in our workshop and experienced crews let us install in a few hours.
Book early
During the major shows, beaches and private venues are booked months ahead: we help you secure the venue as soon as the date is set.

Do you organise evenings during Cannes Lions or MIPIM?
Yes: client evenings, dinners and receptions during the major Cannes shows, designed alongside your stand if you exhibit.
Can you organise an evening on a Croisette beach?
Yes: we help you find and book the right beach or venue, then handle sets, technical production and show control, in line with the venue’s rules.
What budget for a corporate evening in Cannes?
Excluding venue hire, allow on average €120 to €700 excl. VAT per guest depending on sets, technology and programme. During the major shows, venues cost more and book up fast: plan ahead.
Do you also build our stand at the Palais des Festivals?
Yes: we design and build custom stands for shows at the Palais des Festivals, such as MIPIM, MIPCOM and TFWA.
How far ahead should we contact you?
For an evening during a major show, 4 to 6 months ahead. For an off-season event, 3 months is often enough.
