Eco-friendly stand
A sustainable exhibition stand is, first of all, a stand that gets used again. We design it in modules that come apart cleanly, build it in our 1,500 m² workshop in the Paris region, then store it and rebuild it from one show to the next. Materials chosen to last, parts taken from our reuse stock when the project allows, and a materials report for your CSR reporting: that is what we mean by an eco-friendly, eco-designed stand.
Benefits
Built in modules that come apart, it goes into storage after the show and is rebuilt at the next one. It can also fit other stand sizes, as long as they are planned at the brief.
You pay for the build at the first show. After that, you do not pay for it again: what remains is storage, refurbishment, transport, set-up, dismantling and new graphics.
A stand thrown away at dismantling undermines a sustainability message. A stand that serves again, with a materials report on what was reused, recycled or discarded, carries that message onto the show floor.
Wood, tension fabric, lighting: eco-design is a design constraint, not a compromise. The stand is built, then pre-assembled in our workshop before it leaves.
CSR reporting
No estimate we could not back up: facts about your stand that you can use in your CSR or sustainability report, or in your show review.
You can state which shows the same stand was used at, and what changed each time: the graphics, the size, the layout.
Aluminium, repairable wood, replaceable fabrics, LED lighting: each material is chosen for its service life, and its end of life is planned at the design stage.
The stand is built and pre-assembled in our workshop, then set up and dismantled by our own crews. Adjustments are made in the workshop, not on the show floor with parts remade in a rush.
After the show, we list what was reused, recycled or discarded. It is a factual record, with no estimate added, that you can attach as it is to your report.
Included
One quote, one point of contact: we design, build, set up, dismantle and store your stand with our own crews and workshop.
Reuse and storage
A sustainable stand does not end up in a skip at dismantling. Here is what comes back with us, and what goes out again for the next show.
They move from one show to the next. Only the graphics change, in step with your campaigns and messages for the year.
When the project allows, structures, panels and furniture come from our stock. We tell you which ones. They go back through the workshop to be checked and refurbished before joining your stand.
After dismantling, the modules go into storage, numbered and packed in crates, with their inventory. No need to ship your stand home and back: storage is charged by duration.
Before each show: inventory check, repairs, touch-ups to the finishes, new graphics. Your stand comes back complete and in good condition.
Materials
No material is eco-friendly by nature. We choose each one for the number of shows it will do, and for what happens to it afterwards.
For modular structures. It can be rebuilt at many shows and recycled, provided the structure really is used again.
Joinery, cladding, furniture: wood that can be repaired, sanded and repainted from one show to the next instead of being remade.
For graphics and partition walls. Light and compact, each panel can be replaced on its own when the message changes, without touching the structure.
Low energy, reused from one show to the next, and fixed so it comes off without damaging the finishes.
How it works
Reuse is not something you improvise at dismantling. It is decided at the brief, then checked at every step.
At the brief, you list your shows for the next two or three years, with the size and layout of each (inline, corner, peninsula or island). We size the modules on that list.
Mechanically fixed rather than glued, they come apart without breaking. The frame of our premium modular stand adapts from 9 to 54 m²; a custom stand built in modules can be reconfigured for the sizes planned at the start.
The stand is built, then pre-assembled in our 1,500 m² workshop, before leaving as flat, numbered parts: it takes up less room in the truck than a set built in one piece.
Who it is for
A reusable stand only pays off if it goes out again. Before we suggest one, we look at your show calendar.
You exhibit at several shows in France, or come back to the same show every edition, from 6 to over 500 m²: you pay for the build once, then the stand serves again.
Your company publishes a CSR or sustainability report, or reviews each show it attends: your stand goes into it with facts, not slogans.
Your brand keeps its look from one season to the next: it stays on the structure and furniture, while this year’s messages go on replaceable graphics.
A one-off show with nothing planned after it: storing a stand makes no sense then. Our exhibition stand rental is a better fit.
Prices and lead times
A sustainable stand is either a premium modular stand or a custom stand built in modules: its starting budget follows these two price ranges.
| Format | Finishes | Indicative price | Minimum lead time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Premium modular | Premium, Prestige | €420 to €1,000 excl. VAT per m² | 6 to 8 weeks |
| Custom, built in modules | Prestige, Iconic | €850 to €2,100 excl. VAT per m² | 10 to 14 weeks |
A project fee of €2,500 excl. VAT is added for design, drawings and coordination. For an 18 m² stand, for example, allow €10k to €13k excl. VAT in premium modular at Premium level, or €18k to €25k excl. VAT for a custom stand at Prestige level, project fee included.
Indicative prices, including design, build, transport, set-up and dismantling, excluding options, floor space and the organiser’s services. Storage between shows, charged by duration, and refurbishment are quoted separately. Projects from €5k excl. VAT, and more depending on your sector.
The cost per show works like this: the initial build, plus storage, refurbishment, transport, set-up, dismantling and graphics for each following show, all divided by the number of shows. We do not quote a savings percentage, because it depends on your calendar.
The lead times in the table are minimums: ideally, start the project 16 weeks before the show opens. Our trade show planning timeline walks through each step.

FAQ
A stand designed to be used at several shows and to leave as little waste as possible. Sustainable, eco-friendly or eco-designed: with us, it is the same offer. In practice, that means modules that come apart and are made to be reused, parts from our reuse stock when the project allows, materials chosen to last, storage between shows and a materials report after dismantling.
Facts about your stand, with no estimate we could not back up: the shows where the same stand was used, the parts taken from our reuse stock, the materials chosen and their planned end of life, the storage between shows, and the materials report we send you after the show, listing what was reused, recycled or discarded.
Its starting budget follows our stand price ranges: €420 to €1,000 excl. VAT per m² for a premium modular stand, €850 to €2,100 excl. VAT per m² for a custom stand built in modules, plus a €2,500 excl. VAT project fee. Projects start at €5k excl. VAT. At the following shows, you do not pay for the build again: what remains is storage, refurbishment, transport, set-up, dismantling and new graphics. For a first budget range, try our stand cost calculator.
Ideally 16 weeks before the show opens. As a minimum, allow 6 to 8 weeks for a premium modular stand and 10 to 14 weeks for a custom stand. Reuse is decided at the brief: the earlier we know your shows and their sizes, the better the modules are sized for them.
Yes, if it is planned at the brief. The frame of our premium modular stand adapts from 9 to 54 m², inline, corner or peninsula. A custom stand built in modules can also be reconfigured, for the sizes and layouts listed at the start. Graphics are replaced with each campaign.
No. After dismantling, we store your stand with its inventory, refurbish it and bring it back to the next show. Storage is charged by duration and quoted separately. If you have no next show planned, storing it makes no sense, and renting a stand is the better option.
No. We do not claim any label or certification, and we do not put forward figures we could not back up. What makes a stand reusable is how it is designed: parts that come apart, materials that last, storage, inventory. What we give you are those facts, and the materials report after the show.
The list of your upcoming shows for the next two or three years, each with its size and layout (inline, corner, peninsula or island), the finish you want and a budget range. We design the modules from that list. Describe your project and an English-speaking project manager will call you back within two working days.
