ILTM Cannes (International Luxury Travel Market) is the flagship of the ILTM series run by RX: every year in late November or early December, the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès hosts four days of meetings between hotels and hotel groups, tourist boards, DMCs and cruise and yachting specialists, and travel advisors personally invited and vetted by the organiser. The 24th edition, in 2025, brought together over 2,350 brands and more than 2,500 buyers from 83 countries, for over 100,000 scheduled meetings. Almost everything here runs on 20-minute appointments booked before the show: your stand has to host those tables in calm surroundings and convey, at a glance, the journey you sell.

The challenges
Our advice
Think of the stand as the lounge of a fine hotel: an entrance that says at a glance who you are and where you take your clients, then appointment tables set back from the aisle, well lit, with careful acoustics and closed storage within reach. Your buyers move on every 20 minutes: a screen or tablet at each table replaces the pile of brochures, and a document sent that same evening beats a catalogue forgotten in a bag. Keep a more private corner for your key accounts, and the means to serve a coffee or a glass of water without leaving the stand.

Formats we build
Partner dinner or cocktail reception for your clients: our event agency in Cannes designs it alongside your stand, with one project manager for both.

FAQ
ILTM Cannes 2026 takes place from 30 November to 3 December 2026 (Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, Cannes). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 18 October 2026.
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €7.5k to €18k excl. VAT for a 12 m² stand, €18k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €44k to €128k excl. VAT for a 100 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
The organiser offers three options. The Pavilion Stand is an off-the-shelf stand built by its partners, designed for first-time exhibitors, or a hotel or DMC coming with a single appointment diary. The SmartSpace is a larger stand built by its in-house team, suited to two or three diaries, such as those of a small hotel chain. With Space Only, the organiser provides the floor space and you choose your stand builder: that is our job, from design to dismantling, with projects from €5k excl. VAT. Floor space and the organiser’s technical services are charged separately.
Before the show, exhibitors select the buyers they want to meet in the organiser’s appointment tool, which generates a diary of 20-minute one-to-one meetings. Allow at least one table per diary, spaced far enough from the others to talk without raising your voice, with a power socket for a screen or tablet and closed storage for documents and personal belongings. Your name must read from a distance: a buyer coming straight from the previous meeting should find you without searching. We draw the floor plan from the number of diaries and delegates you plan to bring.
Ideally 16 weeks (4 months) before opening: for a show held in late November or early December, that means starting the project in early August. At minimum, allow 10 to 14 weeks for a custom stand and 6 to 8 weeks for a premium modular stand. The French summer break falls at the start of the schedule: settle the floor space and the brief before the summer, so the 3D design is approved in September and the stand is built and pre-assembled in our workshop in October.
Yes. Your English-speaking project manager coordinates your headquarters, your agency and the organiser, from brief to breakdown. The stand is built and pre-assembled in our 1,500 m² workshop near Paris, then delivered and installed at the Palais des Festivals by our own crews, within the slots set by the organiser. If you host your buyers in the evening, for a dinner or a party in Cannes, the same project manager takes care of it: allow €120 to €700 excl. VAT per guest, venue hire excluded, for projects from around €15k excl. VAT.
