Exhibiting in Cannes

The Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, on the Croisette, hosts international trade shows all year round: MIPIM, MIPCOM, Cannes Lions, TFWA World Exhibition and the World AI Cannes Festival. The Cannes Yachting Festival takes place on the water, in the Vieux-Port and Port Pierre Canto.

At the Palais, build-up slots and delivery access are tightly controlled, and stands are often planned to the metre: we fully pre-assemble them in our workshop so that assembly on site is short.

During the shows, we also organise your client receptions in town: dinners, rooftop cocktails, private beach evenings.

What are the next trade shows in Cannes?

When should we start our stand before a show?

For a custom stand, ideally 16 weeks before opening, and 6 months ahead for a large stand. Book your space with the organiser much earlier, often a year ahead for major shows. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.

Where do these dates come from?

From the organisers’ official websites and the venues’ own calendars: each show page gives the date we last checked and a link to the official site, and every show without a page links to its official website. Editions for which only the month is known are marked “to be confirmed”.
