Hyvolution Paris, organised by GL events in partnership with France Hydrogène, brings the whole hydrogen value chain to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles every January: production, storage and distribution, infrastructure, mobility, industrial applications, engineering and finance. The 2026 edition welcomed 400 exhibitors and brands, 40% of them international, and nearly 12,100 professionals, with 65 countries represented. Industrial companies, energy utilities, mobility operators and investors come to move projects, contracts and financing forward: your stand has to make your technology clear within seconds and host real business meetings.

The challenges
Our advice
Visitors should see from the aisle where you sit in the value chain, from production to end use: a one-line promise, plus a real object, a cutaway or a model that shows what you do. People arrive with specific projects: in 2026, more than 1,000 meetings were booked before the doors even opened. Set yours up in advance and plan where to host them: a small closed lounge, away from the aisle, to talk volumes, contracts and financing.

We know the technical rules and constraints of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. You deal with one English-speaking contact, from first brief to breakdown.
Formats we build
Partner dinner or cocktail reception for your clients: our event agency in Paris designs it alongside your stand, with one project manager for both.

FAQ
Hyvolution Paris 2027 takes place from 19 to 21 January 2027 (Paris Expo Porte de Versailles). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 12 October 2026.
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €18k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €44k to €128k excl. VAT for a 100 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
Ideally 16 weeks (4 months) before opening: for a show held in January, that means starting the project between late September and early October. At minimum, allow 10 to 14 weeks for a custom stand and 6 to 8 weeks for a premium modular stand. The year-end holidays fall just before build-up, so fabrication and trial assembly in our workshop wrap up in December, and your graphics and demo videos must be approved before the break.
Yes, provided you plan early. Heavy equipment means checking floor loads, hall access and delivery slots, then organising handling; any pressurised unit, or equipment shown running, must be declared to the organiser and follow the show’s technical rules and safety regulations. Depending on what is approved, you show the real equipment empty, a scale model or a cutaway, with a video of it running. We build it all into the stand design (plinth, cladding, lighting, cable routing) and check it during the trial assembly in our workshop.
In 2026, 40% of Hyvolution exhibitors were international, alongside 25 international pavilions, associations and delegations. Your English-speaking project manager liaises with your headquarters, your agency and, where relevant, the pavilion organiser. We design the stand in 3D, build and pre-assemble it in our workshop near Paris, then our own crews install and dismantle it at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. In a pavilion, we follow its shared rules (heights, signage, cladding) while keeping your brand visible; a shell scheme space can also be fitted out and dressed in your colours.
Yes, if it is designed in modules: we adapt its size and graphics to each show, from BePOSITIVE in Lyon to Global Industrie or Pollutec, and store it between shows. For a hydrogen company it is also a matter of consistency: a structure reused year after year, materials chosen to last and a materials report after the show back up your decarbonisation message.
