Organising an event with us.
What types of events do you organise?
Corporate conferences and seminars, corporate parties and gala evenings, and product launches, from 50 to 3,000 guests, in Paris, across France and in Europe.
What budget should we plan for a corporate event?
Excluding venue hire, allow on average €120 to €700 excl. VAT per guest depending on the level of scenography, technical production and entertainment. Our events start at around €15k excl. VAT. The estimator above gives you a first range.
Do you find the venue?
Yes. We suggest venues that match your attendance, budget and format in Paris, across France or in Europe, then manage every technical and logistical constraint of the site. If you already have a venue, we adapt to it.
We are based outside France. Can you run our event locally?
Yes. Your English-speaking project manager books the venue, coordinates every French supplier (catering, AV, security, permits) and keeps you updated at each step. You only need to bring your teams and your guests.
Can you handle both our stand and our event?
That is our dual expertise: stand builder and event agency. Many clients trust us with their stand and with the client evening or conference held during the show, with one project manager for both.
