Every late November, the ADF Congress brings nearly 28,000 delegates and about 300 dental exhibitors to the Palais des Congrès in Paris. Practitioners come to train, then walk the exhibition to equip their practice: your stand must let them see, try and talk between two sessions.

When is the ADF Congress 2026?

How much does a stand at the ADF Congress cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €17k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €24k to €70k excl. VAT for a 54 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
Can you exhibit a working dental chair or equipment?
Yes. We plan power, circulation and protection so the demonstration runs safely without cluttering the stand.
How do you design a successful medical congress stand?
