Your stand at the JFHOD 2027
The JFHOD (Journées Francophones d’Hépato-gastroentérologie et d’Oncologie Digestive) is the leading French-speaking congress on diseases and cancers of the digestive system: organised by the SNFGE, the French national society of gastroenterology, together with the FMC-HGE, it takes place every March at the Palais des Congrès de Paris. The 2026 edition brought together 4,907 participants from 47 countries and 68 partners, from pharmaceutical companies to endoscopy and medical device manufacturers. Hepato-gastroenterologists, oncologists, digestive surgeons, residents and nurses walk the exhibition between sessions: your stand has to make your scientific message clear at a glance and offer a real space for discussion.

Making your stand a success at the JFHOD
Our advice
Design the stand for two moments: walking past, when your topic must be clear at a glance from the aisle, and stopping, when a physician should be able to ask a real question, seated and away from the flow. For endoscopy equipment or a medical device, a well-lit demo station with a screen at eye level convinces more than a wall of text; for a pharmaceutical company, focus on a short scientific message that your medical team can talk through. Over four days, also plan lockable storage for equipment and documentation.

When is the JFHOD 2027?
The JFHOD 2027 takes place from 11 to 14 March 2027 (Palais des Congrès de Paris). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 12 October 2026.
How much does a stand at the JFHOD cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €10k to €25k excl. VAT for a 18 m² stand and €25k to €70k excl. VAT for a 54 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for the JFHOD 2027?
For a custom stand, before 19 November 2026, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Is the stand included in the JFHOD partnership?
Not necessarily. At the JFHOD, stands, partner sessions, advertising and sponsorship are booked through Colloquium, the organising agency, which sends the partnership file and the exhibition floor plan on request. Unless your package includes a stand supplied by the organiser, design, build, transport, installation and dismantling are ordered from a stand builder: that is our job, with projects from €5k excl. VAT. Budget separately for the organiser’s technical services and your partner sessions.
Can you integrate an endoscopy tower or a demo station on the stand?
Yes. We design the stand around the equipment: a spot visible from the aisle, power supply and cable routing planned from the first drawings, a screen at eye level and lighting that does not interfere with the image. The dimensions, weight and power rating of each device must be known from the start, as they go into the technical file the organiser has to approve. Lockable storage keeps the equipment safe from one day to the next.
Our graphics need regulatory approval: how do you keep to the schedule?
We run two schedules side by side. The structure, furniture and brand signage go into production as soon as the 3D design is approved; product graphics, which go through your internal review and, for some materials, prior control by the ANSM (the French health products regulator), are printed last. From the start, we agree with you a deadline for approved files, set against the build-up at the Palais des Congrès. Your English-speaking project manager liaises between your French affiliate, your headquarters and your regulatory team.
Can we reuse the same stand at other congresses?
Yes, with a premium modular stand: we adapt it to the floor space of each congress, from the JFHOD to UEG Week for example, and store it in our workshop near Paris between events. From one congress to the next, only the graphics change.
