Visitors are specialists: your stand must let them try and compare.

When is the SFO Congress 2027?
The SFO Congress 2027 takes place from 24 to 26 April 2027 (dates to be confirmed) (Palais des Congrès de Paris, Paris).
How much does a stand at the SFO Congress cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €17k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €45k to €130k excl. VAT for a 100 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for the SFO Congress 2027?
For a custom stand, before 2 January 2027, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Can you install diagnostic equipment on the stand?
Yes. Power supply, controlled lighting, suitable furniture and equipment protection are planned from the design stage.
When are the congress dates known?
The SFO announces its dates well in advance: we show them as soon as they are published, and we advise starting your stand 4 to 6 months ahead.
