Your stand at EuroPCR 2027
EuroPCR is the leading global meeting for interventional cardiology: every May at the Palais des Congrès de Paris, interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, imaging specialists and allied professionals come for live cases, sessions and hands-on workshops. The 2026 edition brought together 12,147 participants and 106 industry partners, including stent, valve and catheter manufacturers as well as imaging and simulation specialists, from Europe and Asia alike. Operators judge a device by how it handles, so your stand has to let them try as much as it informs.

Making your stand a success at EuroPCR
Our advice
Show the procedure: a simulator or screen-based demo station, devices in showcases with close-up lighting and an anatomical model say more than a wall of text. Keep a seated meeting area set back from the aisle, and make the stand the follow-on to your symposium: invitations handed out at reception, the same visual identity and a team ready to welcome physicians as they leave the room.

When is EuroPCR 2027?
EuroPCR 2027 takes place from 18 to 21 May 2027 (Palais des Congrès de Paris). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 12 October 2026.
How much does a stand at EuroPCR cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €18k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €44k to €128k excl. VAT for a 100 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for EuroPCR?
Ideally 16 weeks (4 months) before opening, which means late January for a congress held in May. At the very least, allow 10 to 14 weeks for a custom stand and 6 to 8 weeks for a premium modular stand. At a medical congress, add the time your regulatory team needs to approve the graphics: the structure is built in the meantime, and product graphics go to print last.
Is the stand included in the PCR partnership?
Not necessarily. At EuroPCR, exhibitors are industry partners: exhibition space, sponsored sessions and visibility are arranged with the PCR industry team, which sends its partnership guide on request. Unless your package includes a stand supplied by the organiser, design, build, transport, installation and dismantling are ordered from a stand builder: that is our job, with projects from €5k excl. VAT. Budget separately for the organiser’s technical services, hospitality and your symposia.
Where is the exhibition at the Palais des Congrès?
On several levels. At the 2026 edition, it covered almost 5,000 m² on Levels 1 and 2, with a dedicated start-up and innovation zone, and sponsored sessions ran in 12 rooms across all three levels of the building. The layout can change from one edition to the next: once your space is allocated, we go through the organiser’s technical rules with you (heights, loads, access, delivery slots) and size the modules accordingly.
Our team is based abroad: how do you work?
Your English-speaking project manager coordinates your headquarters, your agency and your regulatory team. We design the stand in 3D, build and pre-assemble it in our workshop near Paris, then install and dismantle it at the Palais des Congrès with our own crews. If you exhibit at other cardiology congresses, such as PCR London Valves or ESC Congress, a modular structure can be stored and reconfigured from one congress to the next.
