Data we collect

Through our quote and contact forms, we collect: first name, last name, company, job title, email, phone, country, and information about your project (trade show, stand size, budget, timing, message). We also record the page you came from and, where applicable, campaign parameters (UTM) to measure the effectiveness of our marketing.

Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your request and preparing a commercial proposal (pre-contractual measures).
• Following up on the business relationship (legitimate interest).

Retention period

Your data is kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.

Recipients

Your data is intended exclusively for the Rockstar Event teams and their technical processors (hosting, customer relationship management tool). It is never sold or transferred.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights: contact@rockstar-event.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) or the authority of your country.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies. If an audience measurement tool is added, it will be configured in line with the CNIL’s recommendations.
