How it works

How we calculate the price.

A €2,500 fee per project for design, drawings and coordination, plus a price per m² depending on the finish.
A premium modular stand costs 20% less than a custom build, and its structure is reused from one show to the next.
Our projects start at €5,000 excl. VAT.
Storeroom and reception desk are included. Bar or tasting area: €6,500. Raised floor: €50 to €60 per m². LED screens and closed meeting room: on quote.
Industry uplift, for its finish, technical or confidentiality requirements: +20% for Luxury, beauty & lifestyle; +15% for Automotive & mobility, Aerospace & defence; +10% for Tech & digital; +5% for Industry & engineering, Healthcare & pharma, Food & drink, Hospitality & food service, Real estate & construction.
These prices are indicative and non-binding: every stand gets a detailed quote.

What is not included

Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services: electricity, rigging, internet, cleaning, badges. Also your team’s travel and accommodation.
