How it works
How does exhibition stand rental work?
Four steps from your brief to pick-up. Delivery, set-up and dismantling follow the hours set by the show organiser.

Your brief
Tell us the show, the space you booked, its layout (inline, corner, peninsula or island) and what the stand is for: welcoming visitors, demos, meetings.

The plan
We send you a layout plan (structures, partition walls, furniture) with an all-inclusive quote. You fine-tune it, then sign off.

Delivery and set-up
We bring the equipment to the hall, then our crews build the stand on site during the show’s build-up period.

Dismantling and pick-up
When the show closes, our crews dismantle the stand and take all the equipment away. Nothing for you to store, nothing to ship.

Renting means paying to use a stand for one show. You do not have it built, and you have nothing to store afterwards.

You exhibit once, or rarely at the same show. Buying a stand only to store it between shows does not pay off: rent it for the show instead.

A tight budget
You pay to use the equipment, not to have it built. Transport, set-up and dismantling are included, so the quote gives you the full cost of the stand, excluding floor space and organiser services.
