Expoprotection is the international meeting place for risk prevention and management: every two years in November, it brings together at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles the manufacturers, distributors, installers and service providers who protect workers, sites and buildings. The show is split into two areas: occupational and industrial risks (personal protective equipment, prevention and workplace wellbeing, workwear, rescue, climate and industrial risks) and malicious and fire risks (security, safety, fire protection, cyber prevention). According to RX France, the organiser, 55% of exhibitors are international and six visitors in ten are intermediaries: distributors, installers, consulting and certification firms. Your stand has to win over both the buyer trying on a glove or testing a camera and the distributor looking for a range to add to its catalogue.

The challenges
Our advice
Lay out the stand as a trial route. At the front, the products people pick up (personal protection, workwear, portable detectors), on open displays with every size and colour available; at the back, a demo wall where your security or detection systems run in real conditions, monitoring screen included. Keep a quiet table for distributors and installers, who come to discuss ranges, terms and training, and display your standards and certifications clearly: at a prevention show, they are part of the sales pitch.

FAQ
Expoprotection 2026 takes place from 3 to 5 November 2026 (Paris Expo Porte de Versailles). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 18 October 2026.
No: Expoprotection takes place every two years, in November (even years). After the 2026 edition (3 to 5 November 2026), the next one is expected in November 2028, dates to be confirmed.
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €10k to €25k excl. VAT for a 18 m² stand and €25k to €70k excl. VAT for a 54 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
Ideally 16 weeks (4 months) before opening: for a show held in early November, that means starting the project in mid July. At minimum, allow 10 to 14 weeks for a custom stand and 6 to 8 weeks for a premium modular stand. August falls in the middle of the design phase, so have the 3D design approved before the summer break, leaving September and October for building and trial assembly in our workshop.
Yes, as long as it is planned from the first drawings, under the show’s technical rules and with the organiser’s approval: what can actually run on the stand (test smoke, siren, alarm trigger), electrical power, floor protection and the distance from visitors. We design the demo area around your equipment (technical partition, ceiling for detectors, monitoring screen, lockable storage) and test it during the trial assembly in our workshop. If a live flame is not allowed, a video or a simulator takes over.
By taking it out of the display cases: open displays at hand height, every size and colour available, a mirror for workwear and helmets, seats for trying on safety shoes. We also plan lockable storage for trial stock, lighting that renders high visibility colours accurately and signage that shows your standards from the aisle. For a harness or fall protection equipment, a demo frame is designed from the first drawings, with the organiser’s approval.
Yes. Your project manager speaks English and coordinates your head office, your French subsidiary or your distributor. We design the stand in 3D, build and pre-assemble it in our 1,500 m² workshop near Paris, then install and dismantle it at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles with our own crews, in coordination with the organiser. If you exhibit on a national pavilion, we adapt your space to its shared rules. Designed in modules, the stand can then be reused at Milipol Paris, Global Industrie or Batimat, with storage in between.
