Pharmapack Europe is the leading European show for pharmaceutical packaging and drug delivery, with medical devices and machinery also on the floor. Launched in 1997, it brought together more than 430 exhibitors and 6,500 attendees from over 100 countries in 2026, across two days at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Your visitors are engineers, R&D teams and pharma buyers: they come to see your solutions up close and ask technical questions.

The challenges
Our advice
Think lab, not shop window: light surfaces, neutral lighting that renders glass and plastics faithfully, samples visitors can handle and a demo counter for your devices. Keep a small closed room too: a project under NDA is not something you discuss standing in the aisle.
Turnkey
We know the technical rules and constraints of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. You deal with one English-speaking contact, from first brief to breakdown.
Formats we build
Partner dinner or cocktail reception for your clients: our event agency in Paris designs it alongside your stand, with one project manager for both.

FAQ
Pharmapack Europe 2027 takes place from 27 to 28 January 2027 (Paris Expo Porte de Versailles). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 3 October 2026.
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €10k to €25k excl. VAT for a 18 m² stand and €25k to €70k excl. VAT for a 54 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
Yes. For a device: a closed sample case, a hands-on station and power supply. For a machine: plinth, protection and access arrangements approved by the organiser under the show rules. As the stand is pre-assembled in our workshop, every integration is checked before transport.
Ideally 16 weeks (4 months) before opening: for a show held in January, that means starting the project in early October. At minimum, allow 10 to 14 weeks for a custom stand and 6 to 8 weeks for a premium modular stand. The year-end holidays fall in the middle of the schedule, so it pays to start early.
Yes, with a modular stand: we adapt its floor area and graphics to each show and store it between shows.
