Your stand at Forum LABO Paris 2027
Forum LABO Paris is the trade show of the French laboratory industry, covering research, production and quality control: scientific instruments, lab equipment, consumables, chemicals and reagents, services and software are presented to laboratories in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, cosmetics and biotech industries, as well as to academic research. Organised by CIFL, the French association of laboratory suppliers, it is held in Paris every other year, alternating with Lyon: the 2025 edition brought together more than 13,000 visitors and over 300 exhibitors over three days at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, with 1,160 business meetings scheduled on site. Your visitors are researchers, technicians and engineers: they come to see an instrument running and to ask detailed questions, so your stand has to let them do both.

Making your stand a success at Forum LABO Paris
Our advice
Think of the stand as a lab bench open to the aisle: a worktop at the right height, plenty of sockets and neutral lighting, so the instrument runs and visitors step closer. A screen showing results live is more convincing than a data sheet. Keep a table set back for your Lab’meetings appointments, and plan lockable storage for consumables, samples and your instrument flight cases.

When is Forum LABO Paris 2027?
Forum LABO Paris 2027 takes place from 23 to 25 March 2027 (Paris Expo Porte de Versailles). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 12 October 2026.
Is there a Forum LABO Paris in 2028?
No: Forum LABO Paris takes place every two years, in March (odd years), alternating with Lyon. After the 2027 edition (23 to 25 March 2027), the next one is expected in March 2029, dates to be confirmed.
How much does a stand at Forum LABO Paris cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €10k to €25k excl. VAT for a 18 m² stand and €25k to €70k excl. VAT for a 54 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for Forum LABO Paris 2027?
For a custom stand, before 1 December 2026, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Can we run a laboratory instrument on the stand?
Yes. We design the stand around your equipment: a stable bench or worktop, power sized to each instrument, cable routing and lighting for the demo area. A water connection, the use of a gas or of chemicals must be approved beforehand by the organiser under the show’s technical rules, so the dimensions, weight and requirements of each instrument need to be known when the project starts.
How do you protect fragile instruments during build-up and the show?
The stand is built and checked before your equipment arrives: your team or your carrier delivers it in an agreed slot, once the floor, worktops and power are in place. We provide lockable units for instruments and consumables overnight during the show, plus space for your flight cases. As the stand is pre-assembled in our workshop, every unit is checked against the dimensions of your instruments before it leaves.
What drives the budget of a stand at Forum LABO Paris?
Mostly what has to work on the stand: the number of instruments on demonstration, benches, power and screens, then the meeting area and the level of finish. Floor space and the connections ordered from the organiser are invoiced separately. Our projects start from €5k excl. VAT, and a premium modular stand, stored with us between editions and then adapted for Forum LABO Lyon, lowers the cost of each participation.
Do you also work at Forum LABO Lyon?
Yes. The show alternates between Paris and Lyon: the 2026 Lyon edition took place on 10 and 11 March at the Centre de Congrès de Lyon. We can install your stand there with our own crews, from our 1,500 m² workshop in the Paris region. Designed in modules, your Paris stand can be stored with us and then adapted to the floor area and layout of the Lyon edition.
