Medical congress · Paris
The JESFC, the European Days of the French Society of Cardiology, is the main annual meeting of French and French-speaking cardiology: every year in mid-January, more than 6,500 participants gather at the Palais des Congrès de Paris for a programme covering the whole specialty, from heart failure to cardio-oncology. For its 37th edition, in January 2027, the congress celebrates 90 years of the SFC, 50 years since the first coronary angioplasty and 25 years of TAVI. Cardiologists, residents, GPs, nurses and allied professionals meet pharmaceutical and medical device companies there: your stand has to make a scientific message readable from the aisle and leave room for conversation between sessions.

The challenges
Our advice
Build the stand in two layers: at the front, one key message readable from the aisle and a demo point (screen, anatomical model or device in a showcase) your team can walk visitors through in a few minutes; set back, a few seats for longer discussions with specialists. Start the regulatory review of your graphics as soon as the 3D is approved, and have the stand pre-assembled in our workshop before the holidays: it then arrives at the Palais des Congrès ready to install, only a few days into the new year.

FAQ
The JESFC 2027 takes place from 13 to 15 January 2027 (Palais des Congrès de Paris). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 12 October 2026.
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €18k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €25k to €70k excl. VAT for a 54 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
Ideally 16 weeks (4 months) before opening, which means late September for a congress held in mid-January. At the very least, allow 10 to 14 weeks for a custom stand and 6 to 8 weeks for a premium modular stand. Two things weigh on this schedule: the Christmas and New Year holidays, which fall just before build-up, and your regulatory team’s approval of the graphics (for a medicinal product, the French ANSM advertising approval where it applies). The structure is built and pre-assembled in our workshop before the holidays; product graphics go to print last.
Not necessarily. At the JESFC, companies exhibit as partners: exhibition space and visibility are arranged with Europa Organisation, which handles partnerships and logistics for the congress. Unless your package includes a stand supplied by the organiser, design, build, transport, installation and dismantling are ordered from a stand builder: that is our job, with projects from €5k excl. VAT. Budget separately for the organiser’s technical services (electricity, rigging) and the other parts of your partnership.
Yes. Showcases with close-up lighting for implantable devices, anatomical models, screens for imaging or remote monitoring apps, powered and secure demo stations: everything is planned from the design stage, then checked during pre-assembly in our workshop. For a simulator demonstration, we plan it around the organiser’s technical rules (power, loads, footprint).
Your English-speaking project manager coordinates your headquarters, your French subsidiary and your regulatory team. We design the stand in 3D, build and pre-assemble it in our workshop near Paris, then install and dismantle it at the Palais des Congrès with our own crews. Built in modules, the same stand can be reused at EuroPCR, also held at the Palais des Congrès in May, or at your other congresses, with storage in between.
