When is SITL 2027?
SITL 2027 takes place from 23 to 25 March 2027 (Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Paris). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 25 September 2026.
How much does a stand at SITL cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €17k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €45k to €130k excl. VAT for a 100 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for SITL 2027?
For a custom stand, before 1 December 2026, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Can you integrate working robots or demonstrators?
Yes. We plan power supply, safety zones and the necessary protection, in line with the show’s technical rules.
Do you build stands for software publishers?
Yes. Screens, demonstration stations and meeting areas are designed to present your solutions in a few minutes.
