How much does a stand at Hannover Messe cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €24k to €70k excl. VAT for a 54 m² stand and €80k to €240k excl. VAT for a 200 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for Hannover Messe 2027?
For a custom stand, before 14 December 2026, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Can you build our stand in Hannover?
Yes. Fabrication in our workshop, transport and installation with our own crews, in coordination with Deutsche Messe.
Can you integrate working machines?
Yes. Power, safety zones and protection are planned in line with the show’s technical rules.
