The challenges
Making your stand a success at VivaTech
Our advice
Go for a focal point visible from afar (LED, volume, light), short guided demos and a meeting area away from the aisle. Build-up windows are tight: your digital content must be ready and tested before arriving on site.
- 01Making often intangible technology visible
- 02Handling traffic peaks and a strong media presence
- 03Fitting demos, talks and meetings into one space

FAQ
Your questions, answered.
When should we start designing a stand for VivaTech?
Ideally 12 to 16 weeks before opening day for a custom stand, to allow time for digital content, technical testing and the organiser’s approvals.
Can you integrate demos and LED screens?
Yes. We design the LED set-ups and show control and integrate your demos, with full testing in our workshop before the show.
