When is ADIPEC 2026?
ADIPEC 2026 takes place from 2 to 5 November 2026 (ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates)). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 1 October 2026.
How much does a stand at ADIPEC cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €10k to €25k excl. VAT for a 18 m² stand, €24k to €70k excl. VAT for a 54 m² stand and €80k to €240k excl. VAT for a 200 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
Can you build our stand in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. We design the stand, then adapt to the country: building it in our workshop near Paris and shipping it, or producing it ourselves on site with the support of local workshops. Installation is carried out by our crews and our partners on site, led by our project manager, at ADNEC.
Can you create closed meeting rooms?
Yes. Soundproofed rooms with screens and a reception desk to manage appointments.
