Exhibiting in Dubai

Dubai has two major exhibition centres. The Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), in the heart of the city on Sheikh Zayed Road, hosts most shows, such as Big 5 Global and AEEDC. The Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City hosts GITEX Global, Automechanika Dubai and Middle East Energy, among others. Most shows take place between October and June.

We design your stand in France, then choose the best way to produce it: built in our workshop near Paris and shipped, or produced on site with our local partners, led by your project manager.

Dubai venues have their own rules: plan approval, local permits, approved contractors, short build-ups. If the stand ships from France, start the project 5 to 6 months before the show to leave time for freight and approvals.

What are the next trade shows in Dubai?

The next ones are ArabLab 2026 (26 to 28 October 2026), Growtech Middle East 2026 (26 to 28 October 2026), Jewellery, Gem & Technology in Dubai 2026 (27 to 29 October 2026), Gulf Host 2026 (3 to 5 November 2026), Gulfood Manufacturing 2026 (3 to 5 November 2026), ISM Middle East 2026 (3 to 5 November 2026). When should we start our stand before a show?

For a custom stand, ideally 16 weeks before opening, and 6 months ahead for a large stand. Book your space with the organiser much earlier, often a year ahead for major shows. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.

Where do these dates come from?

From the organisers’ official websites and the venues’ own calendars: each show page gives the date we last checked and a link to the official site, and every show without a page links to its official website. Editions for which only the month is known are marked “to be confirmed”.
