Your stand at Arabian Travel Market 2027
Arabian Travel Market (ATM) is the major travel and tourism show in the Middle East. Founded in 1994 at the Dubai World Trade Centre and organised by RX, it brings destinations, hotels, airlines and travel tech companies together with buyers from leisure, luxury, business travel and MICE. The 2025 edition drew more than 2,800 exhibitors, 81% of them from outside the Middle East, and over 55,000 professionals from 166 countries. Moved from May to September in 2026, the 33rd edition welcomed buyers from more than 115 countries, ahead of a return to spring in 2027. Meetings are set up on ATM Meet as soon as you register, and the floor plan is organised by region: your stand has to set you apart from the exhibitors around you and keep appointments running back to back.

The challenges
Making your stand a success at Arabian Travel Market
Our advice
Start with the floor plan. It is organised by region: check who is exhibiting around your space, then design a front that says in one line what sets you apart from those neighbours (a destination, a hotel collection, an airline route, a booking solution), with an image placed high enough to be seen from a distance. Keep the appointment tables away from the flow of visitors, with enough of them for the schedule you build on ATM Meet. And mind the calendar: the recommended start date for a custom stand falls just after the Christmas and New Year break. Settle the brief and the floor space in December, so the 3D design is approved in January and you decide early where the stand will be built.
- 01Standing out on a floor plan organised by region, where neighbouring stands often sell the same part of the world as you
- 02Running four days of appointments booked on ATM Meet, with uneven days (opening at 11:00 on Monday, closing at 17:00 on Thursday): enough tables, a reception desk that keeps the schedule, storage for documents
- 03Getting a stand built in Dubai that matches the approved 3D design: build plans submitted to the organiser, a choice between building in France and producing on site, installation led by a single project manager

FAQ
Your questions, answered.
When is Arabian Travel Market 2027?
Arabian Travel Market 2027 takes place from 3 to 6 May 2027 (Dubai World Trade Centre (United Arab Emirates)). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 26 October 2026.
How much does a stand at Arabian Travel Market cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €18k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €82k to €240k excl. VAT for a 200 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for Arabian Travel Market 2027?
For a custom stand, before 11 January 2027, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Is Arabian Travel Market back in May after the September 2026 edition?
Yes. The 2026 edition, the 33rd, was due to run from 4 to 7 May. In March, RX moved it to 17 to 20 August, saying it wanted to prioritise the safety and well-being of its customers, partners and colleagues, then set it for 14 to 17 September after consulting exhibitors and industry stakeholders. The show returns to its spring slot in 2027, from 3 to 6 May, still at the Dubai World Trade Centre. For your stand, the gap between editions is shorter than usual: less than eight months separate the September 2026 close and the May 2027 opening.
Package, SmartSpace or space only: which option should we choose at Arabian Travel Market?
RX offers three options. Shell and furniture packages come with furniture and lighting in place on arrival: the simplest route for a first participation or a small space. SmartSpace is the organiser’s own stand build service. With space only, you rent bare floor space and choose your contractors, within the show’s rules and regulations; build plans must be submitted to the organiser for approval. That is where we come in, from 3D design to dismantling, plan submission included. Whatever the option, budget for the compulsory registration and indemnity fees that RX charges every exhibitor.
How do we fill our appointment schedule before the show?
Through ATM Meet, the meeting booking service open to every pre-registered attendee. The organiser does not share a buyer list, for data protection reasons: you search for buyers in the tool by region, company or product. The show also runs a Hosted Buyer programme, managed by the organiser. On the stand side, estimate the number of meetings per half-day and per salesperson before any drawing: the number of tables, the storage and the position of the reception desk all follow from that figure.
Do you build the stand in France or in Dubai?
Both, and we make the choice with you at the sketch stage. A modular stand you will reuse at other shows, or a design that must look identical from one country to the next, starts in our 1,500 m² workshop near Paris: it is built and pre-assembled there, then shipped to Dubai. For a stand designed for this show alone, producing it on site, with our own teams backed by local workshops and partners, is often the simpler route, with no international shipping or customs clearance. Either way, your English-speaking project manager leads the installation at the Dubai World Trade Centre, prepares the plan submission for the organiser and remains your single point of contact until dismantling.
