Your stand at IFTM 2027
IFTM, often called IFTM Top Resa, is the annual meeting place for travel professionals in France: leisure, business travel, events (MICE) and groups. In 2026, 34,638 professionals (travel agents, French and international buyers, tour operators and distribution professionals) met 1,625 brands and 180 destinations over three days at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, with 18,592 business meetings confirmed. Destinations, tourism boards, hotels, DMCs and transport companies exhibit to win over the French travel trade: your stand has to make people want to travel while leaving room to do business.

The challenges
Making your stand a success at IFTM
Our advice
Think of your stand as a stopover: one strong image, visible from a distance, to stop travel agents in the aisle, then meeting tables set back from it, enough of them to handle the schedule booked before the show. On a pavilion, give each partner a clearly identified counter and keep a shared area for presentations and, where the show rules allow, tastings.
- 01Taking visitors on a journey in a few square metres: large visuals, lighting, materials and objects from the destination
- 02Keeping a tight schedule of meetings with travel agents and leisure, business travel and MICE buyers
- 03Bringing several partners (hotels, DMCs, transport companies) under one identity, each with its own counter

FAQ
Your questions, answered.
When is IFTM 2027?
IFTM 2027 takes place from 5 to 7 October 2027 (Paris Expo Porte de Versailles). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 12 October 2026.
How much does a stand at IFTM cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €18k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €82k to €240k excl. VAT for a 200 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for IFTM?
Ideally 16 weeks (4 months) before opening, which means before the summer for a show held in September or October. The summer holidays fall in the middle of the schedule, so it pays to sign off the concept and plans before July. At minimum, allow 10 to 14 weeks for a custom stand and 6 to 8 weeks for a premium modular stand.
What drives the cost of a stand at IFTM?
Floor area sets the order of magnitude, then three choices make the difference: the number of meeting tables and partner counters, the destination imagery (large-format graphics, backlit visuals, LED screens) and hospitality. In our estimator, a bar or tasting area adds €6,500 excl. VAT; LED screens and a closed meeting room are quoted separately.
Can you design a destination pavilion with several partners?
Yes. A shared pavilion brings the tourism board and its partners (hotels, DMCs, transport companies) together under one identity: each has a clearly identified counter with storage and power, around a shared area for presentations and meetings. We coordinate every partner’s graphics and information so that everything is ready for build-up.
We are coming from abroad: what do you take care of?
Everything to do with the stand, from 3D to dismantling: design, technical file and orders with the organiser (electricity, rigging), build and pre-assembly in our workshop near Paris, transport, installation and dismantling at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, then storage for the next edition. You have a single point of contact and arrive at a finished stand.
