Franchise Expo Paris is the show of the French Franchise Federation, held every March at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles: in 2026, 465 franchise brands presented their concepts to 31,937 attendees, including 1,677 international visitors from 77 countries. Visitors are career changers, retailers, investors and multi-unit franchisees: 44% have more than €50,000 of personal capital and 67% say they are ready to launch within a year. Your stand has to bring your concept to life and win the meeting.

Making your stand a success at Franchise Expo Paris
Our advice
Think of your stand as a model outlet: the frontage, illuminated sign and materials of your shops or restaurants tell visitors who you are at a glance. Keep one or two semi-enclosed alcoves at the back: candidates talk about their capital and plans more freely away from the aisle. A welcome counter then helps you sort visits and book follow-up meetings.

When is Franchise Expo Paris 2027?
Franchise Expo Paris 2027 takes place from 13 to 15 March 2027 (Paris Expo Porte de Versailles). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 12 October 2026.
How much does a stand at Franchise Expo Paris cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €10k to €25k excl. VAT for a 18 m² stand and €25k to €70k excl. VAT for a 54 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for Franchise Expo Paris?
Ideally 16 weeks (4 months) before opening: for a show held in mid-March, that means starting the project in late November. At minimum, allow 10 to 14 weeks for a custom stand and 6 to 8 weeks for a premium modular stand. The year-end holidays fall in the middle of the schedule: approve the 3D design before them so that fabrication can start in early January.
Custom or modular: which stand suits Franchise Expo Paris?
It depends on how many shows you do in a year. If Franchise Expo Paris is your main event, a custom stand reproduces the exact look of your outlets: allow €18k to €25k excl. VAT for 18 m² at the Prestige finish. If you come back every year or exhibit at other franchise shows, a premium modular stand costs €10k to €13k excl. VAT for the same area at the Premium finish: we store it between shows and you only need to refresh the graphics. These figures include design, build, transport, installation and dismantling, but not floor space.
How do we receive franchise candidates on the stand?
We design the stand around your recruitment journey: an open welcome area for first questions, a space that presents the concept (screen, model, products), then alcoves or a small office to discuss capital, financing and location in private. Storage for brochures, power for your tablets and careful lighting complete the set-up, all pre-assembled in our workshop before the show.
Can you manage everything if our team is based outside France?
Yes. You deal with one English-speaking project manager from brief to breakdown: we handle the technical file with the organiser, build and pre-assemble the stand in our workshop near Paris, then install and dismantle it with our own crews. Your team arrives to a finished stand, and we can store it until the next edition.
