Gulfood is the largest annual food and beverage show in the world: every year in Dubai, producers and brands meet importers and distributors from the Gulf, Africa and Asia. In 2027 it runs across two venues for the first time. Your stand must offer tastings, host buyer meetings and make your brand stand out in huge halls.

Our advice
Start early: shipping, customs clearance and local approvals take time, and producing the stand directly on site can shorten these lead times. Design a light, modular stand with a tasting counter and a quiet meeting area for importers.

When is Gulfood 2027?
Gulfood 2027 takes place from 15 to 19 March 2027 (Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Exhibition Centre (Expo City), Dubai (United Arab Emirates)). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 1 October 2026.
How much does a stand at Gulfood cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €17k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €45k to €130k excl. VAT for a 100 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for Gulfood 2027?
For a custom stand, before 23 November 2026, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Can you build our stand in Dubai?
Yes. We design the stand, then adapt to the country: building it in our workshop near Paris and shipping it, or producing it ourselves on site with the support of local workshops. Installation is carried out by our crews and our partners on site, led by our project manager, in coordination with the organiser.
National pavilion or our own stand?
A national pavilion is simpler and cheaper for a first participation. Your own stand asserts your brand more strongly: we help you choose based on your goals and budget.
