Your stand at Snack Show 2027
Snack Show (formerly Sandwich & Snack Show) is the Paris trade show for fast food and food-to-go professionals: 450 exhibitors and 16,000 trade visitors in 2026, over two days at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Food concepts and packaging, Italian snacking at Parizza+Gusto, foodtech and equipment at the Smart Lab: exhibitors present their new products to restaurant chains and independents, bakeries, distributors, supermarkets and travel retail. Here a product is tasted and a machine is seen running: your stand must offer tastings, run demos and open the conversation within minutes.

The challenges
Making your stand a success at Snack Show
Our advice
Think of the stand as a takeaway counter: an open front on the aisle where visitors taste in seconds, and behind it a prep area and storeroom that keep service going for two days without running out. Put your demos where the aisle can see them, and keep a few quiet seats to discuss volumes and terms with chains and distributors.
- 01Running tastings non-stop for two days under food hygiene rules: counter, water point, refrigeration and storage sized accordingly
- 02Demonstrating ovens, coffee machines and equipment in real conditions, with power planned from the first drawings
- 03Turning a tasting in the aisle into a real meeting with a chain, a distributor or a supermarket buyer

FAQ
Your questions, answered.
When is Snack Show 2027?
Snack Show 2027 takes place from 24 to 25 March 2027 (Paris Expo Porte de Versailles). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 12 October 2026.
How much does a stand at Snack Show cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €10k to €25k excl. VAT for a 18 m² stand and €25k to €70k excl. VAT for a 54 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for Snack Show?
Ideally 16 weeks (4 months) before opening: for a show held in late March or early April, that means starting the project in early December. At minimum, allow 10 to 14 weeks for a custom stand and 6 to 8 weeks for a premium modular stand. The year-end holidays fall in the middle of the schedule, so it pays to have the 3D design approved before the break.
What drives the budget of a stand at Snack Show?
Beyond floor area and finish, everything that has to work on the stand: tasting counter, refrigeration, water point, equipment on demonstration. In our estimator, a bar or tasting area adds around €6.5k excl. VAT to the estimate. And since the show lasts two days, a premium modular stand reused at your other shows pays back better than a one-off build.
Can we run an oven or a coffee machine on the stand?
Ovens, coffee machines and kitchen equipment are part of what is on show at the event. Running them is planned from the first drawings, under the show’s technical rules and with the organiser’s approval: electrical power, extraction where needed, protection and hygiene rules. We build each appliance into the stand design (plinth, cladding, power supply, storage) and check it during the trial assembly in our workshop.
Can we reuse the same stand at other food service shows?
Yes, with a modular stand: we adapt its floor area and graphics to Sirha Lyon, EquipHotel or SIAL Paris, and store it between shows.
