Your stand at the World AI Cannes Festival 2027
Every February at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes, the World AI Cannes Festival (WAICF) brings together the decision-makers who buy, deploy and govern artificial intelligence in business: executive teams, CIOs, AI and data leads, as well as researchers, investors and policymakers. The 2026 edition drew 10,000 participants, 200 exhibitors and 300 speakers; in 2027 the sixth edition moves under the Informa banner, the organiser of The AI Summit series, with a programme focused on deploying, scaling and governing AI. Visitors come to compare real solutions, so your stand has to show AI at work within minutes and keep a quiet space to talk projects.

The challenges
Making your stand a success at the World AI Cannes Festival
Our advice
At an artificial intelligence show, the promises all sound alike: what sets you apart is proof. Display a business problem and the result you achieved in one line, readable from the aisle, then run the demo at a staffed station, screen at eye level, with sample data rather than client data. According to the organiser, 69% of attendees are involved in purchasing decisions: keep an alcove or a small closed room to discuss projects, data and compliance, and book your meetings before the show, because two days go by fast.
- 01Showing AI at work within minutes: a concrete use case, a clear result, a guided demo
- 02Running reliable demos without relying on wifi: wired connection, a machine on the stand and an offline version as backup
- 03Hosting decision-makers away from the aisle to discuss budget, data security and EU AI Act compliance

FAQ
Your questions, answered.
When is the World AI Cannes Festival 2027?
The World AI Cannes Festival 2027 takes place from 10 to 11 February 2027 (Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, Cannes). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 12 October 2026.
How much does a stand at the World AI Cannes Festival cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €18k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €44k to €128k excl. VAT for a 100 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for the World AI Cannes Festival 2027?
For a custom stand, before 21 October 2026, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Who organises WAICF?
From the 2027 edition, the sixth, the World AI Cannes Festival is organised by Informa, the group behind The AI Summit series, from London to New York, and Cannes Lions. The first five editions, from 2022 to 2026, were run by Corp Events and then RX France, which acquired Corp Events in 2023. For exhibitors, this means new contacts: space, sponsorship and the technical file are handled with the Informa team. Once your space is allocated, we go through the edition’s rules and deadlines with you.
Is the stand included in the sponsorship packages?
Not necessarily. At WAICF, exhibitors take part through Informa’s sponsorship and exhibition packages, set out in its brochure and tailored to each brand. Unless your package includes a stand supplied by the organiser, design, build, transport, installation and dismantling are ordered from a stand builder: that is our job, with projects from €5k excl. VAT. Budget separately for the organiser’s technical services (electricity, wired internet) and your speaking slots.
How do we run a reliable AI demo on the stand?
Never count on the wifi of a crowded show: order a wired internet line from the organiser for every station that needs one, and prepare a version that runs locally, on a machine on the stand, with sample data. If you are showing servers or workstations, flag them at the planning stage: their power supply is ordered from the organiser, while heat and noise are handled in a ventilated technical cabinet. We build screens, cabling and hardware into the furniture, then test everything during pre-assembly in our workshop.
Can you install our stand at the Palais des Festivals and reuse it afterwards?
Yes. We build regularly at the Palais des Festivals, where build-up slots are short and access is tightly controlled: your stand is fully pre-assembled and tested in our 1,500 m² workshop near Paris, then delivered to Cannes and installed by our own crews. Designed in modules, it can then be reused at VivaTech, at the other tech shows in your calendar or at your own events, with storage in between.
