How much does a stand at MWC Barcelona cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €10k to €25k excl. VAT for a 18 m² stand, €24k to €70k excl. VAT for a 54 m² stand and €80k to €240k excl. VAT for a 200 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for MWC Barcelona 2027?
For a custom stand, before 9 November 2026, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Can you build our stand in Barcelona?
Yes. Design and fabrication in France, transport and installation at Fira Gran Via with our crews or local partners we supervise.
Can we include closed meeting rooms?
Yes, it is the norm at MWC: we design soundproofed rooms with screens and connectivity, plus a reception desk to manage appointments.
