Every October, the Journées Francophones de Radiologie bring more than 12,000 participants to the Palais des Congrès in Paris around medical imaging. Equipment makers and software and AI publishers present their innovations: your stand must make the technology readable and encourage demonstrations.

Add demonstration stations visible from the aisle and work on ergonomics (screens, seating, acoustics). Keep a quiet area for meetings with heads of department and buyers.

When is the JFR 2026?
The JFR 2026 takes place from 8 to 11 October 2026 (Palais des Congrès de Paris, Paris). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 25 September 2026.
How much does a stand at the JFR cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €17k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €45k to €130k excl. VAT for a 100 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
Can you integrate software demonstration stations?
Yes. Custom furniture, screens, network and power are planned from the design stage, with a layout that draws people in from the aisle.
When should we start designing for the JFR?
Ideally 4 to 6 months ahead, to build in the Palais des Congrès’ constraints and the organiser’s deadlines.
