Every two years, DSEI brings more than 1,600 defence and security exhibitors to London, facing official delegations from all over the world. As at Eurosatory, the stand is a diplomatic and commercial tool: it must present complex systems and host confidential meetings.

When is DSEI 2027?
DSEI 2027 takes place from 7 to 10 September 2027 (ExCeL London, London (United Kingdom)). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 25 September 2026.
How much does a stand at DSEI cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €10k to €25k excl. VAT for a 18 m² stand, €24k to €70k excl. VAT for a 54 m² stand and €80k to €240k excl. VAT for a 200 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for DSEI 2027?
For a custom stand, before 18 May 2027, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Do you have experience with defence shows?
Yes. We design stands for this type of event, with confidential areas, understated signage and great rigour on security and deadlines.
Can you reuse our Eurosatory stand at DSEI?
It is good practice: we design modular structures that we adapt from one show to another, to make the most of your investment.
