Your stand at Watches and Wonders 2027
Watches and Wonders Geneva is the world’s largest watch show: every spring at Palexpo, the great maisons unveil their novelties to retailers, press and collectors, then open their doors to the public at the weekend. In 2027, 75 maisons are exhibiting, 13 of them for the first time. Stands there are true pieces of architecture, where every finishing detail is scrutinised.

Our advice
At Watches and Wonders, the stand is architecture: fine materials, controlled lighting for display cases and presentation lounges away from prying eyes. In Switzerland, also plan the customs formalities for the temporary import of the stand and equipment.

When is Watches and Wonders 2027?
Watches and Wonders 2027 takes place from 5 to 11 April 2027 (Palexpo, Geneva (Switzerland)). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 28 September 2026.
How much does a stand at Watches and Wonders cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €24k to €70k excl. VAT for a 54 m² stand, €80k to €240k excl. VAT for a 200 m² stand and from €190k excl. VAT for a 500 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for Watches and Wonders 2027?
For a custom stand, before 14 December 2026, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Can you build a stand at Palexpo?
Yes. We design and build the stand in our workshop, handle transport and customs formalities to Switzerland, then assemble it in Geneva with our own crews.
How do you secure the watch displays?
Locked display cases, security glass, dedicated lighting and private presentation lounges: security is built in from the design stage, with your teams.
