Rétromobile is the major Paris show for classic and collector vehicles: manufacturers, dealers, auction houses, restorers, clubs and period parts specialists exhibit to collectors and enthusiasts from around the world. Its 50th edition, in 2026, welcomed 181,500 visitors at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, and the organiser reports more than 600 exhibitors. Here the vehicle is the star: your stand has to light it like a museum piece and offer a quiet place to talk with buyers.

The challenges
Our advice
Think gallery, not garage: a dark, understated backdrop, dedicated lighting for each vehicle, low plinths visitors can walk around and a well-made caption card telling the model’s story. On a dealer stand, plan a small lounge set back from the aisle: the price and provenance of a collector car are not something you discuss standing in the middle of the gangway.

Formats we build
Partner dinner or cocktail reception for your clients: our event agency in Paris designs it alongside your stand, with one project manager for both.

FAQ
Rétromobile 2027 takes place from 3 to 7 February 2027 (Paris Expo Porte de Versailles). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 12 October 2026.
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €10k to €25k excl. VAT for a 18 m² stand, €25k to €70k excl. VAT for a 54 m² stand and €82k to €240k excl. VAT for a 200 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
Three items above all. Floor area, which depends on how many vehicles you show and the room left to walk around them. Vehicle presentation: plinths, flooring, protection and dedicated lighting for each model. And hospitality areas, from a simple counter to a closed lounge for meeting buyers. If you exhibit every year, a modular stand stored in our workshop between editions lightens the budget of the following ones: only the graphics and the presentation change with the vehicles.
Ideally 16 weeks (4 months) before opening: for a show held in late January or early February, that means starting the project in the first half of October. At minimum, allow 10 to 14 weeks for a custom stand and 6 to 8 weeks for a premium modular stand. For the 2027 edition, the organiser asks for the stand layout plan and technical orders in November, then the safety notice and the unloading slot booking in December: with the year-end holidays in the middle of the schedule, it pays to have the design approved beforehand.
Yes. We plan the build-up around the delivery slots set with the organiser and your transport company: flooring and plinths first, then the vehicles, then finishes and lighting. Protection, access routes and wheel chocks are planned from the design stage, in line with the show rules. For the 2027 edition, a preview evening takes place on Tuesday 2 February, the day before opening: the stand must be finished and lit by then.
Yes. This show dedicated to modern supercars runs at the same time as Rétromobile, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The needs are similar: dedicated lighting for each model, a welcome for buyers and vehicle delivery coordinated with the build-up. A single project manager can run both stands, from design to breakdown.
