When is Fruit Logistica 2027?
Fruit Logistica 2027 takes place from 3 to 5 February 2027 (Messe Berlin, Berlin (Germany)). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 1 October 2026.
How much does a stand at Fruit Logistica cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €17k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €45k to €130k excl. VAT for a 100 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for Fruit Logistica 2027?
For a custom stand, before 14 October 2026, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Can you build our stand in Berlin?
Yes. Fabrication in our workshop, transport and installation with our own crews at Messe Berlin.
Can you integrate refrigerated displays?
Yes. We plan power, location and cladding for cooling equipment from the design stage.
