Your stand at BIOFACH 2027
BIOFACH, in Nuremberg, is the world’s leading trade fair for organic food: 2,150 exhibitors from 89 countries and 31,914 visitors from 133 countries at the 2026 edition, 86% of them decision-makers or buyers. The 38th edition runs from 16 to 19 February 2027, and natural cosmetics, previously shown at Vivaness, are now integrated into BIOFACH. Exhibitors must be organic-certified, and the minimum stand area is 12 m². An organic stand is judged on how well the message matches the materials.

Our advice
An organic stand benefits from eco-design: a demountable, reusable structure, certified wood, recyclable carpet and limited printing. Plan a tasting counter with a water point and discreet storage, a quiet meeting area and signage by range. At this show, space-only is the rule: building the stand is up to you or your stand builder.

When is BIOFACH 2027?
BIOFACH 2027 takes place from 16 to 19 February 2027 (NürnbergMesse, Nuremberg (Germany)). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 3 November 2026.
How much does a stand at BIOFACH cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €7.5k to €18k excl. VAT for a 12 m² stand, €18k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €44k to €128k excl. VAT for a 100 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
Can we exhibit within a France Pavilion?
Team France Export lists a France Pavilion for the 2027 edition. If you join it, the space is organised collectively; we can fit out your module so it stands out, or build an individual stand if you prefer to exhibit alone.
How do you design an eco-designed stand for BIOFACH?
We choose materials from responsible supply chains, a modular structure that can be dismantled and reused, limited printing, and elements that come back to France to be used again. The stand then reflects the commitment you display.
Can you set up a tasting area in Nuremberg?
Yes. From the design stage we size water, power, refrigeration and storage, in line with the exhibition centre’s rules and hygiene requirements, and we organise delivery of fresh products.
