When is the TFWA Asia Pacific 2027?
The TFWA Asia Pacific 2027 takes place from 9 to 13 May 2027 (Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 30 September 2026.
How much does a stand at the TFWA Asia Pacific cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €17k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €45k to €130k excl. VAT for a 100 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for the TFWA Asia Pacific 2027?
For a custom stand, before 17 January 2027, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Can you build a stand in Singapore?
Yes. We design the stand, then build it in our workshop and ship it, or produce it directly on site, for the same finish as our European stands.
Can we reuse our TFWA Cannes stand?
Yes, if the stand is designed in modules: it reconfigures for Singapore, then returns to Cannes in autumn, with a single build investment.
