ALLFORPACK Emballage Paris, formerly ALL4PACK, is the show for every type of packaging and its production, across all industries: packaging machinery, materials, logistics equipment, food processing and circularity. In 2024 it brought together more than 850 exhibitors and over 24,000 professionals from 88 countries. The 2027 edition moves to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles for three days, with more machinery running live: packaging managers, buyers and industrial decision-makers from food and drink, cosmetics, pharma and e-commerce come to see equipment in action and compare solutions.

Making your stand a success at ALLFORPACK Emballage Paris
Our advice
Put the demo at the centre: a machine in operation stops more visitors than a wall of screens, as long as it can be seen from the aisle and is kept at a safe distance from the public. Next to it, keep a table of samples visitors can handle and a meeting area away from the noise. Regulation and decarbonisation are on the show’s agenda, so state your answers on recyclability and the EU PPWR clearly.

How much does a stand at ALLFORPACK Emballage Paris cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €25k to €70k excl. VAT for a 54 m² stand and €62k to €181k excl. VAT for a 150 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for ALLFORPACK Emballage Paris 2027?
For a custom stand, before 9 March 2027, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
What happened to the edition planned for November 2026 at Paris Nord Villepinte?
It has been replaced by the 2027 edition. On 23 June 2026, the organiser Comexposium announced that the show, initially scheduled for 24 to 26 November 2026 at Paris Nord Villepinte, was postponed: it takes place from 29 June to 1 July 2027 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, with more machinery in operation. If your stand was designed for Villepinte, we rework the layout with you based on the 2027 floor plan and technical rules.
Can we run a machine on the stand?
Yes. We design the stand around the machine: plinth or platform, guarding and distance from the public, cable routing and lighting for the demo area. Dimensions, weight and power requirements need to be known when the project starts, because they shape the plans and the technical file the organiser must approve. Machine delivery is then scheduled within our build-up plan, together with your freight forwarder.
What drives the cost of a stand at ALLFORPACK Emballage Paris?
Mainly three things: the floor area needed to show your machines without crowding the aisle, technical integration (platform, guarding, power distribution, lighting) and the finish level of your meeting areas. A premium modular stand, stored and reused from one show to the next, for example at Paris Packaging Week, lowers the cost of each participation.
What do you handle for ALLFORPACK Emballage Paris?
The whole stand: 3D design, plans for the organiser, fabrication in our 1,500 m² workshop near Paris, pre-assembly and checks before departure, transport, build-up and dismantling by our own crews. After the show, we can store the stand for your next events.
