How much does a stand at in-cosmetics Global cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €17k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €24k to €70k excl. VAT for a 54 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for in-cosmetics Global 2027?
For a custom stand, before 15 December 2026, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
The show changes city every year: is that a problem?
No. We design a modular stand that we adapt to each stand size, and we organise transport and installation in the edition’s city.
Can you integrate a texture testing area?
Yes. Counters, water points, suitable lighting and storage for your samples.
