Trade show · Paris
Natexpo is the international trade show for organic products: food, cosmetics and personal care, ingredients, food supplements, eco-friendly household products, and services and equipment for shops. Open to trade visitors only, it takes place every autumn, in Paris in odd years and in Lyon in even years. The 2025 Paris edition, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, brought together 630 exhibitors and 10,843 professionals over three days, 16% of them from abroad, and the organiser states that a quarter of the floor space is taken by foreign companies. Buyers from organic shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and contract catering come to find new products and new suppliers: your stand has to let them taste, try and list your range.

The challenges
Our advice
Think of the stand as the ideal shelf in an organic shop: products within reach, a promise readable from the aisle (origin, certification, bulk or refill), and a counter where visitors taste or try. Keep a quiet table to discuss listing, pricing and logistics with buyers. The show runs for three days, Sunday to Tuesday, with the Natexpo Tchin-Tchin evening on Monday: size your storage accordingly and plan a rotating team. And at a show where eco-design is on the agenda, the way your stand is built speaks for you too.

No. The show alternates between Paris in odd years and Lyon in even years: after the 2025 Paris edition at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, the 2026 edition took place on 28 and 29 September at Eurexpo Lyon, and Natexpo returns to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from 26 to 28 September 2027. Built in modules, the same stand can serve in Paris and then in Lyon, on a different floor area if needed: we store it between editions and install it with our own crews in both cities.
Yes. We design the stand in demountable modules, build and pre-assemble it in our 1,500 m² workshop near Paris, then store it and rebuild it from one show to the next. When the project allows, structures, panels and furniture come from our reuse stock, and after the show we give you a materials report listing what was reused, recycled or discarded: a factual document you can use in your CSR report.
Yes, as long as it is planned from the first drawings: counter, water point, refrigeration, storage and electrical power, under the show’s technical rules and food hygiene requirements, with the organiser’s approval. In our estimator, a bar or tasting area adds around €6.5k excl. VAT to the estimate. For cosmetics, plan testers, a mirror and lighting that renders textures and shades accurately.
Yes. Natexpo hosts regional pavilions (every French region took part in 2025) and national pavilions, such as those of Morocco, Italy and the Netherlands in Lyon in 2026. We design group pavilions under a shared identity, with a dedicated space for each exhibitor, or we fit out your space within an existing pavilion while following its common rules (heights, signage, colours).
