Think of the stand as a tasting room: a generous counter, bottle storage and a meeting corner. The same modular stand can serve at Wine Paris in February and ProWein in March.

When is ProWein 2027?
ProWein 2027 takes place from 7 to 9 March 2027 (Messe Düsseldorf, Düsseldorf (Germany)). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 1 October 2026.
How much does a stand at ProWein cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €17k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €45k to €130k excl. VAT for a 100 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for ProWein 2027?
For a custom stand, before 15 November 2026, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Can you build our stand in Düsseldorf?
Yes. We build the stand in our workshop, transport it and install it with our own crews at Messe Düsseldorf.
Can we use the same stand at Wine Paris and ProWein?
Yes, it is an excellent way to make the most of your stand: we design it in modules to fit both shows.
