When is the Paris International Agricultural Show 2027?

How much does a stand at the Paris International Agricultural Show cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €10k to €25k excl. VAT for a 18 m² stand, €45k to €130k excl. VAT for a 100 m² stand and €80k to €240k excl. VAT for a 200 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for the Paris International Agricultural Show 2027?
For a custom stand, before 7 November 2026, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Can you design a stand for a region or a sector?
Yes. We design collective stands that give each exhibitor visibility while telling a shared identity.
Do you handle tasting areas?
We design counters, water points, chilled storage and circulation, in line with hygiene rules and the show’s regulations.
