Foire de Paris bills itself as France’s leading fair. Founded in 1904 and held at Porte de Versailles since 1925, it brings four events under one roof every spring: Home & Co Paris for home and living, Auto Mobil Paris for cars and new mobility, World in Paris for crafts and food from around the world, and Made in Paris for French design and know-how. Its organiser, Comexposium, reports 1,200 exhibitors across 5 halls and more than 100,000 m²; the 2026 edition welcomed 400,000 visitors. Your visitors here are not trade buyers but consumers who come with a kitchen, renovation or car project and money to spend: your stand has to stop the crowd, let people try and close a sale or book an appointment, for more than ten days.

The challenges
Our advice
Think of the stand as a pop-up shop rather than a showcase: at the front, a product in use that people can try (a kitchen they open, a sofa they sit on, a tasting, a car they get into); at the back, tables where your sales team writes up a quote or an order in peace. Over more than ten days a stand wears out: choose materials that stand up to the footfall, a storeroom that holds your stock, and graphics you can change during the fair for a weekend offer or the late opening.

FAQ
Foire de Paris 2027 takes place from 30 April to 10 May 2027 (Paris Expo Porte de Versailles). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 18 October 2026.
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €6k to €14k excl. VAT for a 9 m² stand, €18k to €48k excl. VAT for a 36 m² stand and €44k to €128k excl. VAT for a 100 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
Ideally 16 weeks (4 months) before opening: for a fair that opens in late April, that means starting the project in early January, so settle your floor area, concept and objectives before the year-end holidays. At minimum, allow 10 to 14 weeks for a custom stand and 6 to 8 weeks for a premium modular stand. On the organiser’s side, technical services (electricity, parking, furniture) are ordered at least 6 weeks before the fair in your exhibitor area: after a set deadline, they cost 10% more.
The organiser offers several packages, from space only (the bare floor area) to an equipped stand, and advises each exhibitor according to its product and budget. With space only, design, build, transport, installation and dismantling are ordered from a stand builder: that is our job, with projects from €5k excl. VAT, and the stand becomes a real point of sale for your brand. If your stand comes equipped, we can also dress and fit it out (graphics, counter, furniture, lighting). Either way, we go through the location plan the organiser submits for your approval and the exhibitor technical guide with you.
Yes. The organiser accepts co-exhibitors on a single stand, through a co-exhibitor pack ordered from the online shop in the exhibitor area, as well as group exhibitors. We then design a shared space that reads clearly from the aisle, with a clear place for each brand. At World in Paris, the 2026 edition also held its Stands d’Or contest, open to halls 4 and 7: decoration, staff outfits, welcome, entertainment and faithfulness to the country or region represented were judged, and the winners received a discount on their 2027 participation.
Yes, that is the heart of Auto Mobil Paris, where the organiser also offers new car test drives; according to the organiser, the 2026 edition welcomed 100,000 visitors with a mobility project. A vehicle on the stand is planned from the first drawings: weight and dimensions, hall access and delivery slot, floor protection, lighting, under the technical rules and with the organiser’s approval. We design plinths, a sales desk and a financing area around the models on show; built in modules, the stand can then be reused at the Paris Motor Show, also held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.
