With SIAL, Anuga is one of the two largest food fairs in the world: nearly 8,000 exhibitors share the Cologne halls for five days. Facing buyers who go from one meeting to the next, your stand must show your products, offer tastings and close deals, often within a national pavilion.

Think of the stand in two parts: a front that clearly shows your category and brands, then a quiet meeting area. Plan the cold chain and product deliveries early: build-up slots in Cologne are strict.

When is Anuga 2027?
Anuga 2027 takes place from 9 to 13 October 2027 (Koelnmesse, Cologne (Germany)). Dates checked on the organiser’s official website on 25 September 2026.
How much does a stand at Anuga cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €10k to €25k excl. VAT for a 18 m² stand, €24k to €70k excl. VAT for a 54 m² stand and €60k to €180k excl. VAT for a 150 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for Anuga 2027?
For a custom stand, before 19 June 2027, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Can you build our stand in Cologne?
Yes. We design and build your stand in France, organise transport and installation at Koelnmesse with our own crews or local partners we supervise, and handle the technical paperwork with the organiser.
How do you integrate a kitchen or tasting area?
From the design stage we size the equipment (electricity, water, extraction if needed), preparation areas and chilled storage, in line with the show’s technical rules.
