How much does a stand at EQUIP AUTO Paris cost?
Design, build, installation and dismantling included, allow €10k to €25k excl. VAT for a 18 m² stand, €24k to €70k excl. VAT for a 54 m² stand and €60k to €180k excl. VAT for a 150 m² stand. Floor space, charged per m² by the organiser, and its technical services (electricity, rigging) come on top.
When should we start our stand for EQUIP AUTO Paris 2027?
For a custom stand, before 22 June 2027, 16 weeks before opening: enough time to design, get the plans approved by the organiser and build. A premium modular stand can be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
Can you integrate working garage equipment?
Yes. We plan the power supply, protection and circulation needed to run your equipment safely.
Can the stand be reused at other mobility shows?
Yes. We design reusable modular structures, for Solutrans or regional shows for example.
